Following on from successful online auction sales of audio-visual equipment in July, September and October 2020, Wignall Brownlow LLP will be conducting three more online auction sales of audio-visual equipment over the course of the next two months. The first of these auctions is being conducted on behalf of the Michael Lennon & Steven Muncaster of Duff & Phelps, Joint Liquidators of Hackenbacker Limited and comprises of audio-visual post-production equipment that was used at their post-production facility in Soho, London. Also included in the auction is a 2006 Volkswagen Caravelle 2.5TDI PD Executive Disability Vehicle. The sale which is being hosted by Bidspotter (www.bidspotter.co.uk) and iBidder (www.iBidder.com), comprises of approximately 550 lots and closes on 3rd March 2021.

As a consequence of Covid-19 restrictions, with the exception of the vehicle, which can be viewed by appointment, it will not be possible to view the lots in this particular auction sale. Thereafter, two more online auction sales of audio-visual equipment will be held on behalf of a various clients, including a number of London based events suppliers. The first of these two auctions will close on Wednesday 17th March and comprises of approximately 200 lots located in both Manchester and Reading. The second sale comprising of a similar number of lots which are located at a number of sites in the Greater London area will close on 14th April. As with the Hackenbacker auction, both sales will be hosted by Bidspotter and iBidder and each sale will go live on these sites approximately 10 days before they are due to close.
