Venues of Excellence are delighted to announce to its members two new partners who have joined the Preferred Partner Programme in 2021.
Mayan Furniture was first introduced to the Venues of Excellence Members when they exhibited at the annual conference in 2020. Our members were really impressed by the team and the bespoke nature of their contract furniture which is manufactured in the UK; built from sustainable materials and with a true commitment for minimising environmental footprint. Liam O’Donnell, Manager of Mayan Furniture on joining the Preferred Partner Programme said: “As a family business, we are delighted here at Mayan Furniture to partner with Venues of Excellence as a preferred partner and are looking forward to our journey together providing your member venues with Quality Bespoke Stylish refurbishments.”
By contrast, IMC Pro Solutions has an established relationship with the Venues of Excellence team, working with Executive Director, Mandy Jennings on the social media campaigns for the consortium. The team at IMC Pro Solutions have developed both the LinkedIn and Twitter followers with interactive social media content around the consortium and sharing member venue news. When approached to become a Preferred Partner, enabling them closer interaction with our member venues, Verity Wilke commented: “Working with Venues of Excellence over the last two years has been an absolute pleasure. To be able to create content in a time sensitive manner, we have been able to attend key events and showcase their brand online as and when it happens. As a result of this fantastic relationship, we have been able to build relationships with some of the members and it makes absolute sense for us to take the next step and become a preferred partner. We look forward to continuing our work with Venues of Excellence and being able to offer our full social media packages to their members”.
The Preferred Partner Programme currently represents 16 companies who are exceptional in their field of expertise, providing products and services to the hospitality industry.
Stewart Elsmore, Board Director and part of the team who manages the Preferred Partner Programme said; “We see our Preferred Partner Programme as an integral part of our member benefits. As many of our members are independent venues, they don’t have the opportunity to benefit from group contracts. Our programme gives them a unique platform when sourcing the products and services they need to successfully operate their businesses, with preferred partners offering bespoke solutions to our members which is key to its success.
Our objective in 2021 is to increase our Preferred Partner Programme with new partners in areas such as PMS suppliers, procurement, venue design and refurbishment, event platform providers and sustainability, however, we would welcome any company who would like to be networking with our consortium members.”
As the hospitality industry begins its journey of recovery, Preferred Partner Programmes such as the Venues of Excellence one, is a unique opportunity to position your company in front of key decision makers within the 46 member venues.
