Tomorrow’s Talent 2025: Winners Announced

The Meetings Show is thrilled to reveal the 10 winners of Tomorrow’s Talent 2025, a prestigious initiative that champions emerging talent in the meetings and events industry.

Now in its seventh year, Tomorrow’s Talent continues to highlight the next generation of leaders and provides them with unparalleled opportunities to elevate their careers in this dynamic and fast-paced sector.

The 10 winners of Tomorrow’s Talent 2025 are:

  • Millie Fitzpatrick, assistant meetings & events sales manager, Hotel Football 
  • Macauley Hicks-Williams, project manager, DRPG 
  • Hannah Elston, community and event marketing executive, ELX 
  • Mia Breading, junior project manager, Seen Presents
  • Bronwyn Gahagan, senior event manager, Shard Financial Media 
  • Maiya Dambawinna, event coordinator, Pure Communications Group
  • Josh Marven, event manager, Blueprint Partners
  • Rose Griffiths, event producer, emc3

This year’s competition, open to UK-based event planners or buyers aged 30 and under, or with up to three years’ experience in the meetings and events industry, attracted an overwhelming number of applicants.

The prize for the 10 winners includes a VIP invitation to The Meetings Show on 25-26 June at Excel London where they’ll be formally presented with their awards at a dedicated celebration ceremony and an invitation to the M&IT Awards in September for fantastic networking opportunities.Additionally, each selected individual will have the opportunity to gain publicity in top industry publications and receive valuable insight and mentorship from industry leaders on an ongoing basis.

The entries were judged by a distinguished panel of industry experts;  Paul Harvey, editor, M&IT, Leigh Cowlishaw, managing partner at Black Box Partnerships, Patrick Delaney, managing partner at Soolnua, Priya Narain, co-founder of Event First Steps, Gabby Austen-Browne, founder of Diversity Alliance and Gracia Kabongo, senior associate, stakeholder engagement and events lead, Ofwat, and winner of Tomorrow’s Talent 2019.

All applicants were evaluated based on their achievements to date, drive and ambition, and resilience in facing challenges. This year, the judges were especially impressed by how the winners are driving change and actively shaping a positive future for the industry.

Iulia Zorzoana, 2024 winner added: ‘Winning Tomorrow’s Talent last year helped me grow both personally and professionally. Since my win I have started a new role and I am now involved in organising international events with a large number of delegates. It’s opened a new chapter in my career!’
