Halkin Arcade is a tranquil garden oasis in the heart of Belgravia. Hidden away from the bustle of Motcomb Street, Halkin Arcade provides a beautifully landscaped canvas for community and brand activations, pop-up events and receptions. A former city arcade, the space has been reimagined as a modern zen garden. Set moments away from the exclusive designer boutiques and restaurants of Belgravia, Halkin Arcade echoes the design aesthetics and natural materials of the neighbouring Pantechnicon, a centre dedicated to Nordic and Japanese culture. Bespoke curved benches in hardwood and granite are installed on the site’s perimeter, overlooking the open-plan site. In addition to movable furniture, the Arcade boasts a fixed bar and a bronze Friendship Bench designed by the artists Gillie and Marc.

Brown Hart Gardens is a raised terraced garden in the heart of Mayfair. Commissioned in 1906 for the roof of a Victorian substation, it is now one of London’s most eclectic private parks, surrounded by the distinguished redbrick buildings of Mayfair. Recently resurfaced with French Villebois Limestone, the 950 square-metre terrace is an inviting setting for open-air receptions, activations and community events. A fully glazed café pavilion sits at the west end of the terrace, providing respite from weather and facilities for catering and event organisers. The substation was designed by Charles Stanley Peach, the architect of Wimbledon’s Centre Court. It still powers much of central London, from nearby Carnaby Street to the Theatres and Bars of the West End. The gardens are moments from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, and benefit from excellent transport links.
38 Grosvenor Square is exclusively operated by Spaces & Stories
38 Grosvenor Square is a beautifully restored Georgian townhouse on Mayfair’s most exclusive square. The stylishly reimagined Grade II listed building overlooking the historic London park, offers an exclusive location for the most distinguished of occasions. The eighteenth-century interiors of the townhouse have been beautifully restored, with ornate ceiling frescos offset by white walls and natural wood floors. With an interjointed suite of rooms, this remarkable building provides expansive and flexible event space in the heart of central London. The building’s grand spiral staircase provides a spectacular entrance, with a patterned iron balustrade, original cornices and paintings, including ceiling frescos of Juno and Jupiter. The venue is exclusively operated by Spaces & Stories and is the perfect setting for special events, activations and pop up stores and installations.
