On his new role, Josh said: “This is an exciting new challenge that I can’t wait to embrace. It’s such a social and friendly business which is exactly what hospitality is about, so the service and experience is delivered with authenticity for all guests. From private dinners to casual buffets, the vast range of events that the venue hosts, adds real variety to the kitchen and allows us to have a really bespoke approach for every client.”
