A new recruitment platform that will revolutionise the way in which the MICE, events and experience industries finds talent goes live today. ‘The Hub’ is the first ever SaaS recruitment platform dedicated to the whole of the events industry. The platform has been created to connect employers and recruiters to active and pre-qualified candidates; it offers a simplified and streamlined way for companies to find talent and for people to find work.
Candidates upload their CVs for free enabling employers and recruiters to define their searches, scan pre-qualified CVs, compile shortlists and download their selected CVs. Companies can also create job vacancy adverts, with suitable candidates receiving notifications when relevant vacancies are posted. The site caters for both freelance and permanent roles.
