Meet & Potato Appoints Event Producer, Dana Heard and Content Producer, Megan Walsh

Creative events agency Meet & Potato (M&P) has further expanded its team, with the appointment of Content Producer Megan Walsh, and Event Producer Dana Heard. The new team members will support the ongoing success of the Liverpool-based agency as it continues on its ambitious growth journey.

M&P communicates its clients’ brand messaging and business objectives to their internal teams through memorable events and content. The agency produces creative, on-brand environments and engaging communications for live experiences, including high quality content and video to deliver key internal messages in an emotive and effective way.

Megan has been brought into the Content & Creative team to produce and oversee all content delivered across all the agency’s own communication platforms and client projects. With a journalist background and a keen eye for detail Megan has great credentials. Holding a Sub Editor position at national publication Candis and then moving into marketing via creative agencies, Megan recently held an Account Director position at This Generation Communications and Content Specialist at Active Profile. This wealth of writing experience will enable M&P to create even more engaging content to support its clients internal communication strategies.

As M&P’s newest Event Producer, Dana Heard will work within the agency’s production team. Dana will bring her creative producer skills to strengthen the agency, ensuring M&P’s events run on time, on budget and have a positive impact on client stakeholders and delegates alike. Dana has a strong events background, most recently holding the position of Head of Internal Events at Camp and Furnace where for the past six years she has been responsible for the delivery of live events including corporate communications, music experiences, cinema nights and fairs. Dana’s experience further bolsters M&P’s creative experience offer to clients.

Talking about the news, M&P Founder Jon Kelly, said: “We are delighted to welcome Megan and Dana to our team. We will be inheriting a wealth of communications and event production talent that will enable us to go from strength to strength. Dana is the perfect fit for us as she has a proven track record in delivering seamless events at Liverpool’s eclectic venue and creative space Camp and Furnace, and Megan has fantastic communications experience both in publications and in marketing. I really look forward to seeing how our new team members will boost both our clients’ projects and our own communication campaigns.”
