In spite of ongoing restrictions on international travel and events, UAE-based DMC Level UP is celebrating after a full operational month in March. The company successfully hosted a number of international conference and incentive groups from 40 to 400 attendees across two different emirates, in what they believe is a positive sign for the recovery of live events.
For the largest group, Level UP produced the main sessions with a cast of celebrity speakers as well as a full week of private meals and parties. Immediately following, they managed two back-to-back groups in in Ras Al Khaimah.
Managing Director Khalaf Khalaf commented, “With social distancing in place and the capacity of Dubai venues effectively halved, the team faced various challenges. Nonetheless, we went the extra mile and found the most creative solutions.”
Level UP worked with venues such as the iconic La Perle theatre, a five-star all-inclusive resort in Ras Al Khaimah and organised a spectacular gala dinner in the heart of Dubai overlooking the fountains at the Burj Khalifa.
Khalaf added, “We don’t wish to jinx things, but also can’t hide our joy – the restrictions & regulations cannot stop passionate travellers or passionate events makers. We’re expecting more to come and looking forward to a complete recovery.”
