‘Distilling Excellence’ has been announced as the overarching theme for the upcoming Hotel Leadership Conference 2025, taking place 20-21 January 2025 at Hilton London Bankside.
Created by the leading force in the hotel industry, the Master Innholders, the conference will empower hoteliers to take a ‘helicopter approach’ to managing their hotel, identifying what works best and capitalising on it to ensure the best customer experience possible.
Designed by hoteliers for hoteliers, the programme includes renowned speakers from across the industry and beyond, including James Peach, Global Business Leader and Keynote Public Speaker, Joss Croft OBE, CEO of UKinbound, Nick Jones, Founder of Soho House, Bob Wigley, Chairman of UK Finance and author of ‘Born Digital’, Kalindi Juneja FIH, CEO of PoB Hotels, Andrew Henck, Business School Lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University, Michael Heppel, Motivational Speaker and Customer Service Expert, and many more.
Throughout the conference attendees will be challenged and encouraged to distil the essence of their business, ensuring they are focused on the consumer and keeping things simple for greater outcomes true to their roots and overall goals while not overcomplicating things for unnecessary reasons.

As a not-for-profit organisation, any financial surplus generated by the Master Innholders is donated to the Master Innholders Charitable Trust which helps to fund Innholder Scholarships and the Aspiring Leaders Diploma.
