Green & Fortune, award winning independent hospitality company, has announced additional payments as it supports its team through the adverse economic climate.
Payments of up to £600 per person will be made to the team (pro-rated where appropriate) with an aggregated cost of more than £100K paid out between November 2022 and February 2023. The payments, part of Green & Fortune Supports initiative, are to be made based on salary with hourly employees and those earning less than £30k benefitting most.
Green & Fortune is currently a beyond London living wage employer and has an established and formidable focus on its people gained over its 14 years in business. Its strong human-centric culture was underlined with the creation of the Green & Fortune Supports initiative which was initially launched to help its employees and those who had between displaced during the pandemic.
