Exhibition White City, one of West London’s leading event venues, is preparing for an exciting new chapter as its partnership with the iconic Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace residency, the world’s most immersive roller rink experience, rolls into its next phase. As a versatile, hybrid venue, Exhibition combines corporate functionality with brand experiences and a dynamic cultural programme hosting 1,165 for conferences and 780 for dinners. The venue is available for hire until December in its current format, after which it will close for a two-month refurbishment, reopening with a grand relaunch in March 2025.
“We’re incredibly proud to have been home to the Flipper’s residency and the unique experiences and events it brought to our space,” said Simon Tracey, CEO of Broadwick, the company behind Exhibition White City. “Looking ahead, we’re excited to refresh our venue, welcome a new wave of events, and launch our cultural programme. This is a major milestone for Exhibition, and we can’t wait to unveil our upgraded space next year.”
Exhibition White City, located in the historic White City district, is more than just a venue, it’s a gateway to a vibrant, culturally rich neighbourhood. Set within a Grade II-listed former Victorian engine house, the venue beautifully merges industrial heritage with contemporary design. The surrounding area offers a dynamic blend of world-class dining, retail, cultural landmarks, and serene green spaces, making it an ideal location for guests to explore before or after their event.
As a landmark in West London’s ongoing regeneration, Exhibition White City is closely tied to the district’s storied history, which includes the 1908 Franco-British Exhibition that drew over 8 million visitors. Today, it sits at the heart of a creative and media hub, alongside Westfield London, major broadcasters, and an array of startups, symbolising the area’s continual evolution.
Having hosted a wide range of prestigious events, Exhibition White City has established itself as a top destination for high-profile clients. Previous events include the Mini Retailer of the Year Awards, Blue Paradox exhibition, Barbie x Stanley product launch, Gin & Juice launch party with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Eminem, Pernod Ricard Dinner, Overheated Conference hosted by Billie Eilish, Catfish and the Bottlemen concert, Burberry’s A/W Show and Adidas Originals roller skating experience featuring Kaytranada and WizKid, among others. The venue’s state-of-the-art, adaptable space has served as the backdrop for everything from corporate events and brand experiences to live performances, proving its appeal to diverse audiences.
Exhibition White City offers numerous branding opportunities across its expansive venue, providing a prime platform to showcase your brand. From high-traffic areas like entrances, walkways, and lounge spaces to customisable bars and digital displays, there are endless possibilities to increase visibility and engage with attendees.
The venue has also collaborated with Westfield Rise to offer brands unique opportunities to elevate their presence through impactful media and event spaces within Westfield London and its surroundings. Brands can craft memorable marketing campaigns that centre around a flagship event at Exhibition White City, leveraging Westfield’s expansive digital network, including eight large landscape LED screens, prominent media banners, and prime locations for sampling and leafleting.
With excellent transport links, including close proximity to White City (Central Line) and Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City/Circle Lines) stations, as well as easy access by bus, rail, and road, Exhibition White City is seamlessly accessible. Its prime location at the crossroads of London’s past and future makes it the ideal setting for unforgettable events.
