Event measurement specialists EventDecision have released a new service to event agencies taking part in RFPs. TRACK Footprint provides a snapshot of the impact of a proposed event, designed for use within an RFP response.
TRACK Footprint shows the agency and prospective client a meaningful guide to the sustainable impact of an event at RFP stage, giving agencies pitching the ability to demonstrate expertise and ability in the measurement of their proposed solution. The solution also provides industry benchmarks for the agency to show that their solution is within an acceptable range for that event type, when associated emissions are measured.
“TRACK Footprint is proving very popular amongst event and production agencies in answering sustainability knowledge and credentials questions within proposals. Agencies are delighted to be able to demonstrate proactivity in managing event sustainability” says Matt Grey, Founder of EventDecision.
“Not only can agencies show a client their potential financial liabilities, should the client wish to offset emissions, but also their emissions broken down into accommodation, meeting space, F&B, travel, transport & AV needs in one simple infographic, specific for their proposal. TRACK Footprint can also compare in-person, hybrid and virtual event footprints and compare emissions by different proposed event locations.”
TRACK Footprint can measure up to 40 criteria associated with event planning and is one of arrange of sustainability measurement solutions available from www.eventdecision.com
