Excitement is building for the 2024 edition of Event Buyers Live (EBL), the hosted buyer event’s tenth-anniversary outing and the biggest and best one yet.
Registration for the “Rolls Royce of industry events” is now open and organisers are being encouraged to attend the most exclusive and inclusive industry event of the year.
There are just 100 spaces available so if you organise events, procure suppliers and would like to attend (November 11-13) jump online and fill in the registration form ASAP. Alternatively, to save you time, there’s also a new faster registration feature in the form of an “eligibility checker”.
Brought to you by the same team behind StandOut magazine, EBL takes place within the beautiful Carden Park Estate, chosen for its peaceful and secluded location that lends itself to productive pre-arranged meetings, thought-provoking roundtables and unrivalled networking whilst walking within the grounds.
The hosted buyer event provides live event organisers with a personalised itinerary that includes pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with suppliers to discuss procurement requirements for 2025 and beyond.
Janine Walmsley, delegate manager at Event Buyers Live, said: “Every year, we say to people you must come and experience EBL for yourself because it’s such a special event but this year is even more special because we’re celebrating our tenth anniversary.
“That’s 10 years of helping people and supporting people and 10 years of learning what works as an event format.”
Walmsley continued: “We’ve taken on board all the feedback from EBL23 and tweaked a few things to make EBL24 even better so please register for the event and I’ll make sure your event experience is nothing but enjoyable, valuable and beneficial.”
Inclusive and positive
EBL connects event organisers with event suppliers and facilitates useful and productive conversations. In previous years, event professionals from LIV Golf, LS Events, Kilimanjaro Live, Avantgarde, Amplify, Cuffe and Taylor, Organised Chaos, WOMAD, Royal Horticultural Society, IMG, Bristol City Council, Identity, Southampton Boat Show, Human Race and London Marathon Events have attended. This year, EBL wants even more event professionals to experience the event and discover what all the excitement is about.
Jack Saward, director of Saward Marketing and Events, is an ambassador at EBL24. He said of the event: “This event has always been a cornerstone for fostering meaningful connections and sharing innovative ideas within the industry. The relationships I’ve personally developed through this event have led to collaborative working and business opportunities. But beyond that, it’s the time spent sharing solutions, making connections, and exploring possibilities that truly make this event special. The people in this industry are what make it exceptional, and at Event Buyers Live, you get to interact with some of the very best.”
EBL features an inclusive event programme comprised of small roundtable sessions, informative workshops, gala dinners, a buddy system, quiet space and NetWalks [which combine networking and walking]. Hence, there is something for everyone.
Walmsley concluded: “We want everyone at EBL24 to feel comfortable and have a really positive time. All itineraries are personalised, everyone’s needs are considered and thoughts are listened to. That’s what I and the team are here for; to make everyone’s experience productive and enjoyable, so if you would like to attend, but have questions, I am happy to walk anyone through the process.”
