Hot off the heels of consulting on the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant and following the successful launch of a People and Culture hub at International Confex in 2022, Diversity Alliance are proud sponsors of the People & Culture Theatre at this year’s International Confex taking place on the 1st and 2nd March at the Excel Centre, London.
The People & Culture theatre will host exclusive talks and panels curated by Diversity Alliances founder, Gabby Austen Browne.
The theme for the theatre will very much focus on “What Next?” with content delivered by companies, brands, and individuals who have put DE&I front and centre in the workplace and in their events. Expert speakers include the Sustainability Project Manager for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the Head of Accessibility for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and a Multi-Award-Winning Disability Inclusion & Accessibility Strategist, who will be sharing their expertise, knowledge as well as case studies that will guide and inspire People and Culture strategies and initiatives.
Topics will include; Diversity Hushing- why are organisations afraid to talk about how they are addressing diversity and inclusion? How to take a client’s DE&I strategy and agenda and translate it into a truly accessible event, A Diversity and Inclusion in action case study and why the next generation of event professionals aren’t attending your events.
Gabby will also be delivering “DE&I clinics”, offering guidance and support to visitors who sign up for a mini DE&I consultancy session. There are a few slots left, sign up here: DEI Clinic Sign Up
