De Vere, a collection of historic mansion house estates and distinctive contemporary hotels and event destinations, today announced that it will begin launching a new integrated meetings and events booking engine on its website.
The partnership with MeetingPackage, a cloud-based meetings and events booking platform, will initially be available at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, located in London’s West End, where it will enable more efficient online bookings whilst providing live availability and dynamic pricing of event spaces. The service will be available from today (10 May) and De Vere will continue to roll out the service across its estates and mansion house properties in the coming months.
The booking engine will enable event planners to; see real-time room availability across a number of hotels; search, filter and book event spaces in one simple process; and book meetings on the go as the system will be fully mobile optimised.
