Davies Tanner, the leading communications consultancy for the business events and travel sectors, has unveiled a new brand as it looks to build on its recent growth with the launch of a significant global marketing campaign.
Davies Tanner, whose clients include VisitScotland Business Events, ICC Wales, De Vere, IBTM World, UKEVENTS, The Mermaid London and ICCA, has seen net revenue growth of 42% over the past year as destinations, venues, hotels and trade shows look for new ways to increase their share of voice and audience engagement in a highly crowded and competitive market.
As a result, the agency has welcomed four new team members as it continues to develop the range of services it offers for clients through its creative, impactful, data-driven communications campaigns.
Commenting on the new brand, Managing Director Robert Wright said: “Davies Tanner has been at the heart of the business events and travel sectors for almost three decades, delivering news, content, digital, media and advocacy for market leading clients, including global destinations, venues, industry associations, hotels, trade shows, visitor attractions and leisure brands.
“As we continue our ambitious plans for growth, the new brand and redefined proposition is reflective of the full range of services we now provide, our personality and reputation across the industry and the changing needs of our clients.
“Many of our clients and industry friends already know us collectively as ‘DT’, and so it feels right to reinforce this mark in our branding with a new visual identity, although we will always be Davies Tanner.”
Davies Tanner also operates its partner organisation, The Business of Events (TBOE), an independent Think Tank for the UK and international events sector, as well as manging the All Party Parliamentary Group for Events, the UK event industry’s voice in Parliament.
