Managing Director, Stephanie Utting commented “Our team have worked exceptionally hard over the last 12-months to not only survive, but to thrive during the pandemic. The resilience, creativity, and dedication everyone has shown has been inspiring, and as a management team we felt that needed to be recognised. We want the team to take an additional day off for Mental Health Awareness Week to rest, recharge and relax with friends and loved ones”.
“Mental health and wellbeing is vitally important to our team. We want to create a working environment that facilitates learning and collaboration. Ultimately, we’re dedicated to transforming employment into enjoyment and creating the best company culture possible. Last year, we introduced mental health days and added a Mental Health First Aider to our team as part of our enhanced mental health policy, which we’ve continued to evolve this year. We’ve also just announced a partnership with Spill, an amazing platform that provides remote mental health support for employees”.
“We will also be running various mental health and wellbeing workshops with our team throughout Mental Health Awareness Week, which will continue throughout the year, as it’s important to remember that support is needed all year around and should be a priority for employers. We’re always looking for new ways to support our team and would welcome any suppliers who are active in this space to reach out so we can explore ways to collaborate”.
