Venue Management organisation, Central Hall Venues, has announced the appointment of Natasha Christie as Event Coordinator for Nicolson Square Edinburgh (NSE).
Central Hall Venues, which also runs Central Hall Westminster and St Saviourgate York, launched NSE in 2021 as its first countrywide venue and has been growing its events team. Located in a Category A listed Building within the City of Edinburgh’s Methodist Church, NSE is a thriving events venue with five flexible spaces, capable of holding events of all kinds for up to 250 people.
Reporting to NSE’s Head of Venue, Deborah Gallagher, Natasha is responsible for the day-to-day running of events from initial booking through to final delivery of a successful and stress-free event.
Natasha, who graduated from Queen Margaret University in Events Management, joins NSE after working at The Dome in Edinburgh as a Reservations Coordinator. She has also worked as an Event Helper at the world-renowned Ted Summit, ‘A Community Beyond Borders’, held in Scotland’s historic capital in July 2019. Having received an international education in Dubai and Malaysia as well as the UK, Natasha has valuable experience in living and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Natasha comments: “I have always been highly people-focused with a deep interest in event management so I am really looking forward to getting stuck into this role, where no two days will be the same. NSE is a beautiful venue with lots of history behind it, so it’s a wonderful place to work.”
