Marketing and events agency Blueprint Partners has launched its new AI solution, the Knowledge app. The app uses a closed-AI model, built by the agency’s own developers, to quickly surface information already in a business to the person who needs it, in seconds.
The app’s infrastructure has been built in a way that means it can be tailored to the unique needs of each client. One of the agency’s tech clients is already in the early stages of using the app to receive in-the-moment information on a suite of products when on the sales floor. In a completely different sector, one of Blueprint Partners’ automotive clients is hoping to use the app to test its partners to ensure they meet brand standards for customer interaction.
Blueprint Partners is also benefiting from the Knowledge App, using it for its own events offering. With the Knowledge pp, the agency can gather GDPR-compliant information instantly by asking “What flight is Joe Bloggs on?” or “Who else is on Joe Bloggs’ flight?”.
