Universal Live Appoints New Account Director to Drive Growth and Elevate Client Experience

Technical event production specialist Universal Live has appointed Charli Briggs as Account Director, marking a significant step in its ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional client service and expanding its presence in the industry.

With a strong background agency-side, leading on key client accounts such as Remington, GES and American Express, Charli steps into this newly created role to lead on client experience and business growth. Having previously run her own event staffing agency, Charli provided staffing support to event agencies including Principal. Global Events, emc3 and Top Banana and brings not only a deep understanding of client needs but also a strong commercial perspective too, something that will be instrumental in shaping Universal Live’s growth strategy.

Having worked with Universal Live in her previous role, Charli was already familiar with the company’s reputation for high standards. “When working agency-side, Universal Live was always our preferred technical production partner,” Charli explains. “The level of creativity, care and attention to detail was unlike anything I had experienced elsewhere.
