We are excited and honoured to announce the inaugural Fast Forward15 Mentoring Awards.
This exclusive celebration aims to showcase exceptional mentors, mentees, corporate, agency and suppliers that have had a profound impact on the growth and development of talent within the events and hospitality sector.
These awards are open to all genders, and all organisations across the sector, including inhouse corporate event teams.
Scheduled for 24th April 2025, this first-of-its-kind awards ceremony will honour outstanding contributions to mentoring.
An evening of celebration and purpose
The Fast Forward15 Mentoring Awards will feature a three-course dinner, a prestigious awards ceremony, and ample networking opportunities. This special event will not only celebrate excellence, but also raise vital funds for two industry initiatives:
- Fast Forward15 mentoring programme – a not-for-profit, award winning mentoring scheme, founded by Fay Sharpe OBE, for the events and hospitality industry as a way of boosting upcoming female event professionals and pairing them with industry leaders. Now in it’s tenth year, of successfully lifting women in our sector.
- FF15 University Challenge – a programme designed to help students transition from education to industry employment. With many students struggling to transition from education to industry employment, this challenge will offer the project management, creativity and networking skills for today’s talent and event profs of the future.
