Exclusive Collection, the UK’s first B Corp hotel company, were double award winners at The Hotel Cateys which took place on 25th November.
Sarah Frankland, Executive Chef at Pennyhill Park won Hotel Chef of the Year (more than 250 covers) with the judges commending her for her ‘innovative approach and focus on collaboration, which has broken barriers between teams, creating exceptional experiences.’
The Pass at South Lodge, fronted by Ben Wilkinson and Monika Zurawska, won Hotel Restaurant Team of the Year with praise given for ‘thoughtful people practices and championing sustainability.’
Also shortlisted at The Hotel Cateys were Executive Chef, Phil Yeomans from Lainston House and Pennyhill Park’s Front of House Team. The Hotel Cateys recognise and reward individuals and teams in the hotel sector who are relentless in their pursuit of operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
