Major sporting events specialists extends 25-year partnership with British Athletics

CSE, a leading logistics and management firm for major sporting events, has extended its partnership with British Athletics, following a successful 25-year relationship with the sporting body.

Headquartered in Birmingham, CSE was initially established by Managing Director, Simon Hainsworth, and has firmly cemented itself as leaders in delivering solutions for large-scale and mass participation sporting events, notably World Athletics Championships 2017, European Championships [multi-sport] 2018 and World Cycling Championships 2023.

The consumer brand of the governing body “UK Athletics”, British Athletics is the governing body for athletics in the United Kingdom, with the organisation responsible for overseeing the governance of athletics events as well as athletes, their development, and athletics officials.

Having originally started working with British Athletics in 1999, the CSE team have played a fundamental role in providing tailored accommodation and transport for all accredited personnel including the elites, event staff, VIPs, operations team and celebrity attendees for events throughout the British Athletics calendar.

In extending their long-term relationship, CSE will continue to provide tailored, logistical services for British Athletics events, while supporting the governing body in delivering high profile events including the annual UK Athletics Championships.
