CI Group, a leading UK marketing and events agency that includes Corporate Innovations events agency and Clareville PR, has announced the appointment of Alex Tatham to its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. This strategic addition underscores CI Group’s commitment to enhancing its operations and expanding its marketing presence, with its goal of doubling the company size in the next three years.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology and distribution sectors, Alex Tatham brings a wealth of expertise to CI Group. His distinguished career includes his most recent role as Executive Director at Westcoast Limited, the UK’s largest private technology company, with UK annual revenues of over £2.5 billion and a workforce of more than 1,000 team members across EMEA.
As CI Group celebrates its first anniversary as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and having achieved 18% year-over-year business growth for the third consecutive year, Alex joins the company during a period of significant growth as one of twelve new members of staff to join the team in 2024.
In his new role, Alex will leverage CI Group’s strong foundation and market presence to expand its reach across the IT sector. He will be instrumental in developing sales and marketing strategies and selecting high-performing agency partners to support CI Group’s ambitious growth and sales targets. Additionally, he will strengthen the company’s position as a trusted advisor and partner in the evolving IT landscape.
