CHS has announced the theme for its Leeds 25 show following another successful exhibition in Birmingham.
CHS Birmingham delivered on its expectation to be one of the most productive events in its history, with buyer’s and exhibitor’s pre-arranged meetings up 16% on last year, not to mention the relationships built across the show’s networking. Now, with demand remaining high, the organisers have announced the next major theme; Welfare.
The theme is one that goes back to the core values of CHS Leeds, since its launch 14 years ago, and which has always been about providing both productive and empathetic environments for business. Some of the key feedback from event planners throughout 2024 has been focused on security and consent within the industry, and the team at CHS are packing the education programme with content that looks at delegate welfare, care for event planners, and security for everyone, all crucial subjects.
The theme begins a new cycle for the CHS team, which has been focused on industry growth since its return post-pandemic. Now, with meetings and events businesses flourishing and real momentum continuing across the market, the importance of Welfare has once again become one of the primary concerns amongst event planners.
Speaking on CHS Birmingham, ‘The Growth Show’, Emma King, CEO & Founder, CHS commented, “It’s been one of our core values of being ‘of service’ to our community, and we’re delighted to have played our part, focusing on growth, since 2021. This of course has culminated in another successful show in Birmingham, and I couldn’t be more thankful to both our exhibitors and our buyers for bringing such energy into the event.”
Emma continues; “Now we turn to CHS Leeds 2025, and a really different tone for the industry. Welfare, from wellbeing and security, to consent and respect. These are themes that speak to our own values, but also a new style of event, and event organiser, that is more purpose driven than at any other time in our history. It’s going to be an interesting and important discussion.”
CHS Leeds will take place at Royal Armouries, Leeds, 25th March 2025.
