TESTBED, the largest blank canvas venue in Leeds, has unveiled exciting new updates with the launch of its latest iteration, TESTBED 1.3. As part of the venue’s ongoing mission to offer a innovative space for events, TESTBED has introduced several key enhancements to elevate the experience for organisers and attendees alike.
With 10,000 sq. ft. of versatile space, TESTBED now features a massive 55-ft projection screen, perfect for immersive visual displays. The venue is also equipped with complete blackout capability, allowing event creators to transform the atmosphere to their liking, whether for film screenings, performances, or corporate presentations.
The recent updates include permanent sound, lighting, and visual systems for the ‘UnderTheMezz’ section, ensuring seamless technical support for any event. Additionally, a new greenroom and control room are now available for hire, providing organisers with more private, customisable spaces within the venue.
TESTBED also now offers more on-site equipment hire, including DJ kits, tables, chairs, and more, making it a one-stop solution for events of all kinds—from private parties to large-scale productions.
