A renowned Mayfair hotel has announced two new appointments as it continues to bring the heritage brand to new generations of guests and gastronomes.

DUKES London has recently welcomed Assistant Sales Director, Ben Chender, and Marketing Manager, Shene Karim, to its team. With backgrounds spanning renowned global hospitality brands, the pair are set to make their mark on one of London’s most iconic hotels.

Ben’s hospitality journey began in 2015, and since then, he has honed his skills in sales roles across prestigious hotels, including the Marriott Park Lane and The Westminster London. His expertise working with high-end clientele and his proactive approach to sales ensures he will be a valuable addition to the team.

Meanwhile, Shene, an experienced marketing professional, joins DUKES London after roles at Casa Cook & Cook’s Club Hotels, and the global creative agency, Innocean. Guided by a deep-rooted passion for the industry, Shene will spearhead marketing strategies that highlight the hotel’s unique history, exceptional service, and refined dining experiences.
