A concise bar food menu curated by Benugo chefs features Fried chicken; Sweet potato fries; Arancini; and Salt & pepper squid alongside mini handmade pizzas, and charcuterie.
Balcony Bar’s cocktail menu takes centre stage alongside a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits. Highlights include THE NEW FASHION, Don Papa rum, caramel syrup, and bitters; MEDITERRANEAN NEGRONI, Hayman’s strawberry and raspberry-infused gin, Campari, Martini Rosso, and Roseì Prosecco; with mocktails featuring strongly, including Bergamont Margarita, Everleaf Marine, agave syrup, Funkin lime juice.
