Whittlebury Park, the closest hotel to the world-famous Silverstone circuit in Northamptonshire, is offering a range of hospitality, camping and accommodation options during this year’s Formula One British Grand Prix, which will take place at the adjacent Silverstone Circuit from the 13th to the 19th July 2021.
As well as accommodation in the main hotel, Whittlebury Park is also offering camping accommodation on its 700-acre parkland, to ensure that fans can get as close as possible to the action on race days.
Located on flat sites on the hotel’s 36-hole championship golf course, driving range and old cricket pitch and situated less than five minutes’ walk from the track, Whittlebury Park is offering a choice of plots with prices starting from £140 for a seven metre by seven metre plot for six nights. For a relaxing and hassle-free experience, pre-erected glamping tents with everything laid out ready are also available.
The campsite will feature a live stage area with beer tent to provide the perfect weekend of entertainment – from live bands, to comedy and quizzes, as well as multiple catering outlets including pizza, pasta, noodles and fish and chips. Guests can also make use of the hotel’s facilities at the Pavilion or Atrium Clubhouse.
Whittlebury Park campsite has been awarded a Platinum Campsite rating by Silverstone Circuit. This is the highest possible rating and is reserved for campsites that meet stringent health, safety and welfare standards, and go above and beyond the minimum requirements to ensure that their customers have the best possible campsite experience.
